1. Project Phases:
– Phase 1: Information Gathering and Roadmap Development

Refund Terms:
– Refunds will not be issued once the project enters Phase 2 (Design and Development).
– If the project is canceled during Phase 1 (Information Gathering and Roadmap Development), a refund may be issued minus any costs incurred for services rendered up to that point.

– Any cancellation requests received after the project has entered Phase 2 will not be eligible for a refund.
